INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE EDUCATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA -  4th Edition

will be held from July 24-25, 2025.

Organized by DPPD, Danubius International University, and partners:

Universities from Italy, the Republic of Moldova, Bulgaria, Albania, and Ukraine, Galati County School Inspectorate, Galati Teaching Staff House, County Center for Resources and Educational Assistance, and Education is Power Association are hosting an event of debates and academic research. The central theme of this event focuses on identifying innovative methods for teaching, learning, and assessment in this new challenging context of digitalization.

The conference will be held in a hybrid format.

All accepted papers will be published in the journal Didactica Danubiensis, ISSN 2821-4374, included in the EBSCO BDI.

On June 20, 2025, DC Media Group organized the fifth edition of the national conference “Reforming the Higher Education Funding System”, held in the P.S. Aurelian Aula of the University of Agronomic Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of Bucharest, starting at 10:00 AM. The event brought together leading representatives of the Romanian academic environment, including rectors, vice-rectors, members of Parliament, and government officials.

Invited as a keynote speaker, Professor Dr. Steve O. Michael, Rector of Danubius International University, emphasized the importance of reforming funding mechanisms based on performance criteria, transparency, and equity among universities. Joining him were Professor Dr. Psych. Daniel-Ovidiu David, Minister of Education and Research; Robert-Marius Cazanciuc, Vice President of the Romanian Senate; and Elena-Adelina Dobra, Chair of the Senate Committee on Education, Science, and Innovation.
