The School of International Governance and Law, represented by its Dean, Associate Professor Cristina Elena Popa Tache, announces its official affiliation with the European Law Faculties Association (ELFA), one of the most prestigious European academic networks dedicated to cooperation among law faculties.
Through this accession, the Faculty becomes one of the five ELFA members from Romania, alongside four other law faculties within state universities, thereby consolidating its institutional positioning on the European academic map.
The official list of members is available at:
https://elfa-edu.org/elfa-members/
ELFA constitutes a strategic platform for academic cooperation, bringing together law faculties from across Europe and facilitating:
- the development of sustainable institutional partnerships;
- the initiation and implementation of European research projects;
- academic exchanges for faculty members and students;
- the harmonisation of legal education standards at the European level;
- participation in thematic networks and reflection groups on the evolution of law in the context of global transformations.
Integration into this network strengthens the Faculty’s international openness, creates the premises for new academic and interdisciplinary research initiatives, and enhances the international visibility of its study programmes.
