Climate Litigation and the Transformations of International Law

Climate Litigation and the Transformations of International Law

Monday, 15 December, starting at 2:00 PM, during the International Law course and seminar, we will host a special lecture dedicated to a highly topical subject: the role of civil society in shaping international law, with a particular focus on climate litigation as an example of how international law is evolving today.

Guest: Dr Federica Cristani, Head of the Centre for International Law and senior researcher at the Institute of International Relations, Prague. Her outstanding expertise covers fields such as state responsibility in international law, international economic law, international law of cyberspace, gender policies, and the dynamics of subregional groups in Europe.

An excellent opportunity for all students interested in the transformations of contemporary international law.

The lecture will present some of the findings of the Horizon Europe HRJust Project (https://www.hrjust-intersect-observatory.eu/)
