The Center for Hermeneutics “Symbols and Texts” (CHeST) of “Danubius” University of Galați will organize on Thursday, the 14st of December 2023, starting with 11.00 a.m., in Room A38, the conference „Interdisciplinary horizons” focused on the following three scientifically significant moments:
- 333 years since the defense (and publication) in 1690 of the first doctoral thesis in the world devoted to journalism, authored by Tobias Peucer;
- 185 years since the scholar B.P. Hasdeu’s birth;
- 140 years since the philosopher José Ortega y Gasset’s birth.
