- Short Management Plan (in Romanian and English) of up to 3 pages, Times New Roman font, 12 pt;
- Short Letter of Intent (in Romanian and English, of up to 1 page, Times New Roman font, 12 pt), specifying both the current position and the envisaged position for the 2025-2030 term.
